What Is Home Staging
Home staging is the act of preparing a private residence for sale in the real estate marketplace. The goal of home staging is to make a home appeal to the highest number of potential buyers and give the most money for the sellers. Staging is not decorating.
A staged home will, sell on average, 17% higher than a home that is not staged. (U.S. HUD)
According to the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the average staging investment is between 1-3% of the home’s asking price, which generates a return of 8-10%. That’s a pretty good investment. 59% of agents say Home Staging increases dollar value a seller receives.
Items included recommendations for each room setup, furniture arrangement, color consultant and accessories placement.
Please note that each home has a different “game plan” with two-hour hands-on walk-thru of the home where we make specific, detailed recommendations to help the home showcase its best features and benefits. We go room-by-room, including the exterior, with a checklist of prioritized updates.

Full-On Staging and De-Staging
This service includes the staging of the main areas of the home: living room, master bedroom, dining room and kitchen. With us, no room is too big or too small. Rest assured we can handle the staging work and help home sellers make the most of what they have. JW Nash & Co. offers vacant, occupied and luxury home staging.
We also bring in added accessories, so that we can prepare for photo day in order to create beautiful marketing photos for your MLS listing. Accessories can be rented or purchased from JW Nash & Co. Before and afters photos will be taken. We spend hours making dramatic transformations to your home. You’ll walk away with a show-ready home!
Design fee & Re-design fee ($100.00) per hour

JW Nash is a certified color specialist in interior and exterior color palettes. Jamie can help be your color coach, selecting new furniture, lamps, curtains and accessories.
Holiday Décor Decorating (Offered from October, November, and December)
When life is too busy on the holidays, call our ‘elves’ at JW Nash & Co. we can help. We offer full-service holiday decorating to residential or commercial places. We design ‘your’ vision with trees, wreaths, garland and indoors decorations.
JW Nash & Co. can help make the most of your holiday season, where you can still have time to enjoy the ‘best time of the year’. Estimates will be given to the clients and more time may be required.

Coming into a client’s home and giving them guidance of on-trend paint colors for design or for staging their homes. $100.00
Provides a budget-friendly alternative to traditional interior design. Drawn plan of furniture plan and all other item placement in the room. Can assist you in remote cities, proving a shopping list. All you have to do is decide which room we are staring in.
